I wanted to run an ultra at the end of the world.

In March 2026 I flew to Ushuaia — the southernmost city on earth. The race was cancelled after 90km when the first snow of the season hit. I stayed anyway.

Patagonia. Buenos Aires. El Chaltén, surrounded by glaciers on three sides. From there, I ran three companies. From my phone. With bad internet.

"Agents did the execution. I did the thinking."

After 49 days I sent the longest email I had ever written — to the busiest executives I know. Because I believed: every person and every company needs this. Better sooner than later.

The response was overwhelming. Not because it was impressive. Because it was possible.
